Materials, lighting, colour, and placement all shape how your brand is seen. Bring a rough sketch or reference examples—we can help turn the concept into something buildable.

We confirm the budget, collect a 50% deposit, and agree the proof and production schedule. Fabrication follows approved proofs and, where required, permit approval.
Let’s clear
a few things up.

What do you need to quote my project?+
Tell us the type of sign or print work, approximate dimensions, and whether you have artwork. A rough concept or reference image is welcome. For installation, include the address, where the sign will go on the building, and photos. We provide a budget price once we understand the general idea.
Can you work from a sketch or an AI-generated logo?+
Yes. A rough drawing, image, or AI-generated concept can be a starting point if we can understand your idea. These files are not always ready for production. Even vector logos may need symmetry corrections, broken-node repairs, or other preparation. Design and preparation work carries a cost, which we discuss with you.
What deposit is required to start?+
Once the job and budget price are agreed, a 50% deposit is required to start the project. We communicate current timelines and, when proofs are needed, the proof schedule and the production schedule following the required approvals.
When does my production timeline start?+
For projects requiring proofs, we give a proof timeline and a production timeline following approved proofs. If a permit is required, production starts only after permit approval because the city may require changes. Approval delays and repeated revisions can affect your production slot; we communicate schedule changes. Contact us for current availability.
How do you help with sign permits?+
Our usual permit service is preparing the required drawings for a fee, with the customer dealing directly with the city and obtaining the building owner's sign-off. Drawing work begins after the job is agreed, the deposit is paid, and the proof is approved. We do not provide engineering sign-offs. We occasionally deal with the city for an additional service fee. Permit requirements depend on the municipality and project; we do not guarantee exemptions or approval.
Do you repair signs made by another company?+
We assess repairs individually, including signs made by other companies. Send photos of the sign and damage, a description of the problem, and the location. If repair is not worthwhile, we may recommend replacement. Photos help us assess the job but do not guarantee a final diagnosis or price.
