📦 Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to assist.

Please note:

• Customized or personalized signs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Standard, non-custom signs may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, we will require:
📸 A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
📦 A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
🧾 Your order number

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund.

📝 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in new, re-sellable condition

• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

• Item must not be customized or made-to-order

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

💵 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for standard returns (non-damaged, non-defective items).
If the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Custom or personalized signs

• Made-to-order items

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
