From a rough sketch to installation, here is how we help you make informed choices. These answers reflect our team's experience and usual process; your quote confirms the details for your job.
Custom projects
Can you build something unusual or large-scale?
Yes. Distinctive custom projects and large-scale work are a particular focus. All Pro Signs and our parallel B2B business, Westcoast CNC, can work together on signage and related fabrication. Start with a rough concept, reference examples, or a basic drawing so we can assess what is possible.
Explore custom fabrication ↗Is your fabrication done in-house?
Almost all project building is handled in-house across All Pro Signs and Westcoast CNC. Specialist work such as painting and powder coating is handled by outside providers. We explain the approach for your particular project.
Discuss fabrication ↗Getting started
What kinds of signs and print work do you offer?
Examples of our work include channel letters, lightboxes and custom-shaped illuminated signs, acrylic and reception signs, fascia and pylon signage, wall and window graphics, printed signs, custom carved wood signs, and custom trade show booths. We also offer garment printing, artwork preparation, installation, permit drawings, assessed repairs, and related CNC fabrication. This is not an exhaustive list: bring your custom idea and our team will assess the options.
Explore services ↗What do you need to quote my project?
Tell us the type of sign or print work, approximate dimensions, and whether you have artwork. A rough concept or reference image is welcome. For installation, include the address, where the sign will go on the building, and photos. We provide a budget price once we understand the general idea.
Request a quote ↗Where do you provide service?
Our main service area is Vancouver through Hope, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan, from our Chilliwack base. Projects farther away, potentially including Alberta, may be possible depending on the job and shipping costs. Send your location so we can confirm what is practical.
Confirm your location ↗Do you have product catalogs?
Yes. Download our commercial products and trade show products catalogs. Send the catalog name, page number, and quantity with your inquiry so we can discuss the options.
Download catalogs ↗How can I contact your team?
Our published hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Call 778-999-7446 or email info@allprosigns.ca. We are based in Chilliwack, BC. Please call or email to arrange an in-person meeting; do not drop by without arranging it with our team.
Contact details ↗Do you welcome wholesale inquiries?
Yes. Contractors, designers, and other sign companies can contact us with project specifications and quantities to discuss wholesale work.
Wholesale inquiry ↗Artwork & materials
Can you work from a sketch or an AI-generated logo?
Yes. A rough drawing, image, or AI-generated concept can be a starting point if we can understand your idea. These files are not always ready for production. Even vector logos may need symmetry corrections, broken-node repairs, or other preparation. Design and preparation work carries a cost, which we discuss with you.
Graphic design & artwork ↗Can you work within my budget?
We aim to achieve your desired look within your budget while explaining the differences in materials, workmanship, and longevity. We are not positioned as the cheapest shop. Lower-cost compromises are explained upfront. For exterior printed signs, we discuss suitable UV protection and laminate for the selected materials and print system.
Discuss material options ↗Ordering & payment
What deposit is required to start?
Once the job and budget price are agreed, a 50% deposit is required to start the project. We communicate current timelines and, when proofs are needed, the proof schedule and the production schedule following the required approvals.
Discuss your project ↗When is the balance due?
The remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery when we deliver the order ourselves. For shipped orders, payment is due before dispatch. If we install the sign, the balance is due once installation is complete.
Ask about your order ↗Can I return a standard, non-custom sign?
The return window is 14 days for standard, non-custom signs only. This window does not apply to custom signs. Contact our team with your order details to discuss a return, or an issue with a custom, damaged or incorrect sign.
Read return guidance ↗Proofs & timelines
What design revisions are included?
Quotes usually include initial proofs and basic revisions. Font, size, and colour adjustments are generally included. A substantial change of direction, such as choosing a different type of sign, may require additional work and a new quote. We obtain your approval of additional costs before doing that work.
Discuss a revision ↗When does my production timeline start?
For projects requiring proofs, we give a proof timeline and a production timeline following approved proofs. If a permit is required, production starts only after permit approval because the city may require changes. Approval delays and repeated revisions can affect your production slot; we communicate schedule changes. Contact us for current availability.
Check your deadline ↗Installation & permits
Can you quote installation as well?
Yes. Send the project address, the proposed position on the building, and photos of the location along with the sign type and dimensions. We assess the installation scope and explain the costs and requirements.
Discuss installation ↗How do you help with sign permits?
Our usual permit service is preparing the required drawings for a fee, with the customer dealing directly with the city and obtaining the building owner's sign-off. Drawing work begins after the job is agreed, the deposit is paid, and the proof is approved. We do not provide engineering sign-offs. We occasionally deal with the city for an additional service fee. Permit requirements depend on the municipality and project; we do not guarantee exemptions or approval.
Discuss permit drawings ↗What if the city requires changes?
We wait for permit approval before fabrication because the city may require design changes. Basic drawing changes are generally included. For substantial revisions, we estimate the additional drawing time, quote the extra cost, and obtain your approval before proceeding.
Discuss permit changes ↗Repairs & warranty
Do you repair signs made by another company?
We assess repairs individually, including signs made by other companies. Send photos of the sign and damage, a description of the problem, and the location. If repair is not worthwhile, we may recommend replacement. Photos help us assess the job but do not guarantee a final diagnosis or price.
Request a repair assessment ↗What warranty do you offer?
Our warranty is generally two years. We assess each issue to determine whether it relates to our work or the sign's functionality, or to outside damage. Weather damage, vandalism, and other damage unrelated to our work are assessed as paid repairs. Contact us with photos and details; coverage is confirmed after assessment.
Ask about a sign issue ↗Channel letters
What is the difference between front-lit and halo-lit letters?
Front-lit letters light up through the face of each letter. Halo-lit letters shine onto the wall behind them, creating a glow around the letters. The choice depends on the look you want and the installation location. We can help you compare the options. Halo-lit letters generally require a custom quote.
Explore channel letters ↗What do you check before recommending halo-lit letters?
We look at the wall colour and texture, how the letters will be mounted, and whether the surface will show the halo effect properly. In our experience, white walls do not always give the halo appearance customers want, although most surfaces are generally suitable. We also check where power is available. Send a photo of the actual wall so we can assess it.
Discuss your wall ↗What is a raceway, and when is it used?
A raceway is a piece of channel that the letters are mounted onto to hide the wiring. It can be painted to match the building colour. Channel letters can be mounted directly to a wall or on a raceway; the choice largely depends on power accessibility and access behind the wall. We assess the mounting approach for your building.
Explore mounting options ↗What if power is not available where the sign will go?
We check where power is available at the proposed sign location. If electrical supply needs to be arranged, we can coordinate it for an additional cost, or you can contract it yourself. We confirm that scope separately rather than assuming electrical work is included in the sign price.
Discuss electrical supply ↗What affects the price of channel letters?
The size and number of letters, lighting style, and installation difficulty all affect the price. Power accessibility and access behind the wall help determine the mounting approach. Send your logo or concept, approximate dimensions, location, and photos of the building so we can discuss a budget price. Electrical supply arrangements are an additional cost if needed. Halo-lit letters generally require a custom, project-specific quote.

Do you make custom carved wood signs?
Yes, custom carved wood signs are part of our work. Bring a rough concept, basic drawing, or reference examples, along with approximate dimensions and where the sign will be used. Our team will discuss the design, material and finish options, and preparation costs for your project. Specific carving styles and outdoor suitability are confirmed with the team.
Explore carved wood signs ↗Do you make lightbox and custom-shaped signs?
Yes. We offer standard lightbox signs and custom-shaped illuminated signs. Send your logo or concept, dimensions, installation location, and any site photos so we can discuss the shape, appearance, power, and installation scope.
Explore lightbox signs ↗Do you make acrylic and reception signs?
Yes. Our services include acrylic signs, dimensional logos and reception signs, and edge-lit acrylic. Send your logo, approximate dimensions, and photos of the intended location so we can discuss the appearance and fabrication options.
Explore acrylic signs ↗Can you make wall and window graphics?
Yes. We offer wall and window graphics as part of our print and signage work. Share the artwork or concept, approximate dimensions, and photos of the surface so we can assess the project and discuss the options.
Explore print and graphics ↗Do you make fascia, storefront, and pylon signs?
Yes. Fascia, storefront, and pylon signage are part of our work. Share the desired look, approximate size, location, and photographs. Our team will assess the fabrication, installation, power if illuminated, and any permit drawing requirements for the actual project.
Explore custom signage ↗Can you build a custom trade show booth?
Yes. We have built custom trade show booths, including work for Greenhouse Delight Foods. All Pro Signs and Westcoast CNC can work together on the signage and related fabrication. Start with a rough concept or references, approximate dimensions, and your event timeline so we can assess the scope. Standard display catalogs are also available.
Explore displays and custom booths ↗Do you make printed signs, banners, and real estate signs?
Yes. We offer printed signage including banners, decals, stickers, real estate signs, and parking, property, and security signs. Tell us the size, quantity, artwork, intended use, and location. We explain material and longevity choices and can discuss a custom version rather than limiting you to the products in the shop.
