How information is used when you browse the site or ask us about a project.
When you request a quote
The quote form asks for your name, email, project location and project description, with optional phone number and project specifications. We use those details to assess and respond to your enquiry. They are sent to our team through our Hostinger email service. Email artwork or site photos separately to info@allprosigns.ca.
Delivery protection
The delivery service keeps limited records to prevent duplicate emails and limit abusive submissions. These include a hashed submission key and request fingerprint, delivery status and a reference. They are separate from the message our team receives. The delivery database does not store your enquiry text or contact fields.
Optional Google Analytics
When enabled on the live website, Google Analytics is used only after you allow analytics. It measures page visits and actions such as opening a catalog, clicking a contact link or submitting an enquiry successfully. An accepted enquiry is measured as an enquiry, not a completed sale.
Google Analytics uses cookies and processes usage and device information. Our event tracking excludes enquiry text, artwork, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, project addresses and URL query strings. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our integration.
You can decline analytics and still use the site and quote form. Use Analytics preferences to change your choice. We remember that choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics requests are not sent from the private review site.
Website assistant
The FAQ assistant answers common questions using a reviewed knowledge base. It does not send conversations to a generative AI service or store a server-side conversation history. Send project enquiries through the quote form or contact the team directly.
