Our work for Greenhouse Delight Foods has included custom fascia signs, wall graphics and pylon signage. Once the customer learned more about our capabilities, the relationship expanded into custom trade show booths. We also continue to provide garment printing.

Foam logo forms for concrete walls

For a concrete-wall project, we machined customer-supplied logos into styrofoam forms. The artwork needed to be made suitable for machining before cutting could begin.

From a supplied logo to machinable geometry

The customer supplied the logos. Our part was to make the artwork work for machining and mill the logos into the foam forms used for the building’s concrete walls. It is an example of how sign knowledge and CNC capability can meet a less conventional project brief.

Why artwork preparation matters

A vector file can still contain broken nodes or geometry that needs correction. Symmetry and usable cutting paths matter when translating a graphic into a physical result. Bring the logo or concept you have; we assess the preparation needed and discuss its cost.
